What is the Purpose of the Worship Gathering at Joy Way Church?

To facilitate a Holy Spirit mediated, Christ enabled, experience with the living God. 
The worship gathering is first for the believer and second for those who find themselves among us.
 

What is the Most Important Part of the Gathering?

The Sermon. 
We believe that for our community, we are a people to whom God has spoken. 
In His word we meet with Him, we are encouraged, convicted, and transformed to worship Him with Joy.
 

Our Method Reflects Our Message:

Through our worship gatherings, we want to help shape congregants by having them experience the gospel on a weekly basis. They will be made aware of themselves without God, experience the joy of forgiveness, learn to worship and hear God’s word, eat at his table, and be encouraged to live it out in their day-to-day lives, affirmed as to who they are, and what they believe. These elements done weekly will slowly work, through the power of the Holy Spirit, to spiritually shape Joy Way Church.

    From there He will come to judge the living and the dead.

    the communion of saints,
